OWNER AND PRINCIPLE DESIGNER

Stephanie Ervin founded The Ervin Group with the belief that design should be as functional as it is beautiful. With a background in communications and leadership within complex corporate environments, she brings a strategic and disciplined mindset to every project. That foundation shaped the studio’s approach from the beginning, centering on design that is thoughtful and carefully executed, without losing warmth or creativity.

Over time, Stephanie brought her refined residential sensibility into commercial and hospitality environments, helping redefine how those spaces can feel. Known for introducing warmth, layered materials, and a more human-centered approach into large-scale projects, she has established a distinct point of view within the industry. Her work bridges the gap between residential comfort and commercial performance, creating environments that are welcoming, intentional, and built to endure.

Today, she leads the firm with a hands-on approach, guiding vision while ensuring clarity, collaboration, and consistency across every engagement. Clients value her ability to translate ideas into environments that are cohesive, purposeful, and thoughtfully executed.

  • TAYLOR FUSSELL

    SENIOR DESIGNER

    Taylor Fussell holds a degree in Interior Design from the University of Kentucky and has been a valued member of the firm for six years. During that time, she has played a central role in shaping the firm’s design direction. As Senior Designer, she leads design development from concept through documentation, translating creative vision into highly detailed, buildable interiors. Known for her advanced 3D modeling capabilities and technical fluency, Taylor pairs creative vision with precision, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully considered and expertly executed.

  • LANEY SHEEKS

    DESIGNER

    Laney Sellinger earned her degree in Interior Design from High Point University and contributes across concept development, material selection, and documentation. She supports the refinement of interiors that are cohesive, balanced, and thoughtfully composed. Laney brings a strong design sensibility and careful attention to detail, reinforcing the studio’s standards across commercial, hospitality, and residential projects.

  • ALAINA ABBOTT

    SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

    Alaina Abbott holds a degree in Interior Architecture and Design from Harding University. As Senior Project Manager, she leads complex projects through every phase, directing coordination, scheduling, procurement, and execution while maintaining alignment across teams, consultants, and vendors. Her disciplined leadership and command of process establish structure, momentum, and accountability at every stage.

  • LILY COSTANTINI

    PROJECT MANAGER

    Lily Costantini holds a degree from the University of Connecticut, providing a strong foundation in client communication and strategic coordination. She began her design career in high-end residential renovation, where she developed a discerning design perspective alongside hands-on project experience. At The Ervin Group, Lily manages project coordination, procurement, and client communication, ensuring disciplined execution and a seamless experience from concept through completion.
