Stephanie Ervin Interiors is a full service design firm specializing in both commercial and residential design. SEI collaborates with commercial properties, property management groups and real estate investors to create full property furnished designs. SEI can pick up at construction stages with interior and exterior selections and carry the branded style into fully furnished spaces. SEI selects exclusive furnishings, lighting, and decor to elevate each space. The SEI team manages logistics of the design process from selections, to ordering, storage and delivery of all goods on the designated install date.
All projects are designed in 3D elevation so clients virtual walk the newly designed space at the design presentation.
SEI collaborates with builders, architects and home owners for residential designs from construction selections to interior furnishings to make a home truly one of a kind.
Based in Nashville, TN, the SEI team travels for any exciting project.
THE PROCESS
PHASE 1
UNDERSTANDING YOU + YOUR PROJECT
We start with an initial meeting to understand you and the scope of your project . We will walk through the functionality of your space(s) and your specific design style.
PHASE 2
DESIGNING
Once we agree on the scope of work and the aesthetic of the project, we get to work! We will be making all design selections and building your project in our 3D design program. Each selection is carefully made with you in mind as we explore all the possible options and come to a final design we feel will be best.
PHASE 3
PRESENTATION
During the presentation you will see images and samples of all the selections we have carefully made from flooring, to furniture, to lighting. We will walk through each piece and virtually walk you though your space in the 3D design program. Here you will really be able to see the future of the space.
PHASE 4
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Now that all selections are finalized, we begin placing orders for all the goods and managing contractors if construction is needed. All goods ship to our white glove delivery warehouse where they are carefully inspected and stored until ready to come into the space. Kaki, our project manager, will be in tough through the process keeping you up to date on everything.
PHASE 5
INSTALL DAY
The most exciting part- Install Day! All items come white glove delivered into your space. We are on site managing and bringing the design to life.
